What is the Return and
Refund Policy?

All merchandise is final sale. Returns are not available at the moment.

Item(s) that arrived damaged are subject to a full order refund or replacement item(s) at no extra charge. Proof of damage must be provided with a picture and sent to jewelsbyjo33@gmail.com along with the order number.

Once the refund has been approved, allow up to 5-7 business days for new items to arrive.

Rings that arrive with incorrect sizing are not subject to refund. All rings are carefully and accurately measured to standard US sizing.

Is International
Shipping Offered?

Yes! Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for international packages to arrive.
